Here at Axion Now we’re super excited to be launching our ecommerce website on 30th December. We’ll be moving over from the existing Crystal Commerce based system to the Shopify platform. Below we’ve outlined the changes and information you’ll need for switching over to the new website.  
 
Q: When and for how long will the website be down? 
 
A: We will be taking our ecommerce store offline Thursday 28th Dec at 9am and expect it to be back online within 48 hours. Be sure to keep an eye on the website and our social media channels to be the first to give it a go. 
 
Q: Will I need a new account?  

A: We will be transferring over the names and email addresses for customers. However, you will need to set up a new password as well as fill in some of your contact details again (address and phone number for example). This is to ensure we have the correct information for you. 

Update (30th Dec): Not all accounts seem to have received an activation email. If you have a problem with this, then let us know and we'll resend one to you.

Update (24th Jan): If you haven't signed up with your account, then the activation code will be invalid. The best option moving forward is to create a new account to get ordering on the website.

 
Q: What will happen to my store credit and/or gift vouchers? 

A: If you have existing store credit, then we will be adding it to your account. We’re hoping to have it transferred over before release. However, the system is changing slightly as we switch the credit over to a gift voucher-based system. This means all credit going forward will have an expiry date attached to it (at least 12 months). Although it is a gift voucher, it won’t need to be used all at once. This means any existing vouchers will have a slight upgrade to them to match the store credit system from before. There’s a chance the process will take a little longer meaning some credit/vouchers may take until early January to be transferred over. We want to ensure there are no issues with this system, so if you need to use it, don’t hesitate to contact us in the meantime and we’ll ensure it is available for you.  
 
Q: What happens to any outstanding/recent orders? 

A: Any orders on our old Crystal Commerce framework will be kept for at least the next six months. This means we will still be able to access details of any existing orders and ship any outstanding orders. These orders couldn't be ported over to Shopify. If you wish to know what stage of the process they are in, then please contact us.

Q: Is all of your stock on the new website? 

A: Currently we have around 4 years worth of Magic stock on the website (everything else is our full stock count) to make sure everything works smoothly. This will also give us a chance to clean our stock counts/gradings. You'll see new sets added every week going forward. You'll be able to check out all of the sets available here.

Update (3rd Jan) Q: What happened to my old Wishlist? 

A: Unfortunately, we were unable to transfer this over from the old website.

Q: What’s new? 

A: The fun stuff. We have a lot of new features and a fresh new look. Wishlists received an upgrade, our Deck Builder returns as the upgraded Shopping Wizard (coming soon, slight delay to the release of this), Browsing History has been added and hundreds of new filters have been extended to our search bar. Not to mention new payment options. We’ll be highlighting these and more as we go forward in 2024. We hope you like them.

We’ve had to take that down briefly as it didn’t like the updated URL. We hope to have that fixed shortly.

Hi I cant find the shopping wizard anywhere on the site . Can you maybe post a link please?
