Mid-February Update

It's been a while since our last update on all things website related. We wanted to give you an update on changes we've made over the last month and progress on other ongoing website projects. Without further ado, here's what's changed with the website.

WEBSITE CHANGES

Store Credit 

We've recently integrated store credit with the new website. This can be found in the "My Account" section of website. We're manually working through existing credit from the old site. If you believe you have some store credit left, then let us know and we can look into this for you.

Please note: we can only add store credit to accounts with matching email addresses. If you're now using a different email address to login, then contact us and we'll be able to help you from there.

Credit Card Payments

It had been brought to our attention that credit card payments were causing problems on the website mostly through declining card transactions. We have been in contact with Shopify Payments and after a long discussions we believe this problem has been fixed. Thanks to those who reached out to us at the time as it helped us to get this issue resolved. Shopify Payments as well as both Apple and Google Pay should no longer have any issues. PayPal wouldn't have been affected by this issue. 

Signing Up

A quick update for customers who had an account on our old system, but haven't created an account on our new website. The invite codes sent out at the start of the year have now expired. Going forward the best course of action is to create a new account. We couldn't bring a lot over from the old website, so there isn't a huge amount that you'd be missing out on.

Menu Bar

We've made adjustments to the menu bar, which should stop it crossing over 2 rows. If you are still experiencing this issue, then let us know and we'll continue to look further into it. 


ONGOING PROJECTS

Set Uploading/Stock Checking

As you may have noticed, not all of our stock is online currently. We took the decision to tidy a large chunk of our stock whilst moving over to the new website. We're still working through a chunk of older sets. You can keep updated with this through our social media channels as well as visiting the collection page to see what is live. 

Gift Cards

We've been moving over gift cards from the old site to the new one wherever we can. One issue we have is it isn't always obvious as to who the gift cards are for. If you have an existing gift card code from our Crystal Commerce website, then let us know and we'll get it set up on the new website.

Shopping Wizard

We've briefly taken down the Shopping Wizard whilst we carry out some work on our stock and the Wizard itself. We aim for it to be back online in the next few weeks.
