If you wish to return an item, you must first contact us and have your return approved by us. Any returns sent to us without pre-approval will be at risk of being rejected. Please email enquiries@axionnow.com or phone us on 01494 728181 to have your return approved. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to be eligible for a return (unless damaged or faulty, see below).
All goods must be returned within 14 days of approval. After 14 days have passed, we will be unable to accept your return, unless the item has a manufacturing fault. In all cases your item must be in the same condition that you received it in for it to be eligible for a return. Sealed products and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened. The cost of returning the goods falls to the customer unless damaged, incorrect or faulty.

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, you must inform us within 30 days of receiving your order. If these conditions are met, then you’re eligible for a full refund (including postage) or replacement once returned.
Cancellations / Order Amendments
You can cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us to do so. If an order needs to be cancelled or amended at very short notice, we recommend calling to ensure that your order is not packed and/or dispatched before changes can be made. Please note that alterations may result in a delay in dispatching your order. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our returns process as outlined above.
