Secret Lair x KEXP: You Are Not Alone Foil Edition

Our aim is to dispatch orders placed before 2pm via Special Delivery or Tracked 24 on the same working day. If placed after 2pm, then these will be dispatched on the next working day. We recommend these options if you wish to receive your cards quickly or for a deadline. All other orders aim to be dispatched within 2 working days of the order being placed.  
 
During periods of high volume or postal service problems, we’ll make customers aware of shipping/delivery delays.  
 
Below are the services we offer for shipping. Costs of these options will be calculated and displayed upon checkout. 
 
Special Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 1 working day from dispatch 
 
Tracked 24: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 working day from dispatch. In most cases it's 1 working day, but during busier periods Royal Mail may take slightly longer.
 
Tracked 48: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 working day from dispatch. Royal Mail suggest 94% reach their destination in 2 working days. 
 
2nd Class: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 working day from dispatch. 
 
Collect in Store: Collect in store orders take 1 working day to process. If required sooner, please give us a call on 01494 728181. We will also send you a text to let you know that your order is ready for collection. 
 
Collect at Event: These orders will be available for collection at our trade stand over the course of the event. Our cut off for orders at events is usually 72 hours before the event if national or 24 hours if local. Please check the cut off time when selecting this option.

At Axion Now, we will ship to the dispatch address provided by you, the consumer, upon payment of your order.  

• It’s your responsibility to check if the address you provide is correct.   
• If packages sent by a tracked service are refused by you or your representative at the given address or returned due to non-payment of charges such as customs or import duty, then any charges incurred by us here at Axion Now may be deducted, at our discretion, from any refund later made for that order.  
• Please note that neither Royal Mail, nor our courier services, will collect from us or deliver on Bank Holidays.  

To make sure we can always provide the cards you need we have a limit of 4 cards maximum (a playset) that can be purchased of a specific card (excluding basic lands).

A Little Bit on How Our System Works:

Pick up all the cards you need. Once you reach your cart our system will check to see that no individual single has more than 4 cards within it. If you do get this message do not worry at all just adjust the quantity for all cards over 4. Once all items are below the limit you can proceed to payment. If you have any problems with this system or you would like to order more than 4 of a certain card please reach out to our team at enquiries@axionnow.com.
